This morning was colder than the previous 2 weeks, and much more / heavier fog. It was 8-9 miles before the fog completely cleared. This was pretty much the same ramble as before, though going to the top of the butte three times this week. Not much wildlife visible as there were way more people (noise) this time.
The dogwoods are just blooming, the trilliums are just poking out – a few blooms …. yet there was quite a bit of ice too.
The sequence went: start at northern Willamette trailhead -> to top -> to “Y” junction back to top -> dillard road trailhead -> top -> car (3x to top).
