Getting back in shape on Ridgeline Tr

After spending a few weeks out of the woods, yesterday’s break in the rain opened a window to work out the kinks to get back in hiking shape. The east end of Ridgeline Tr (Spring Blvd to N. Willamette) was in perfect condition for a morning hike. The last time the trail hiked spring was just popping out, by this week, green is the fad!

Ground cover wild flowers were also plentiful.

For those who either allow their children or pets to roam freely off the trail – BEWARE! Above the stone steps where the trees open up, poison oak is in full display ready to catch the unaware.

Trail Conditions

The trail was busy, but mostly dry and in great condition. Very fast and cushioning with all the recent rain.
